Company History
Bob spent his early childhood in Thailand where he developed a passion for gardening, tropical design, water features and plants. Returning to Australia for secondary school, he designed and built his first garden area and pond. He also planted out his first suburban garden from landscape architect plans at age 14.
Although a keen gardener, Bob found himself working in finance as his first adult job and had a career spanning 24 years with ANZ bank.
Feeling he needed a complete career change, he took on a traineeship in Landscaping and Irrigation. After completing his training and becoming fully licenced, Bob started developing the business that today is Irrigation Etc., one of Adelaide’s most respected and knowledgeable irrigation and landscaping businesses.
Since 2004, Irrigation Etc. has committed to differentiating itself to deliver the best in irrigation systems to Adelaide. At our core is the belief that near enough is never good enough.
